Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or physical damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)


Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Packaging images

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or exchange if approved.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may need to provide bank account details for refund processing.


Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect item delivered

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.


Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
